Community involvement

At Teven-Tintenbar Public School, we value the strong partnerships we share with our families and local community. As a parent or carer, you are a vital part of our school, and your involvement plays an important role in enriching the learning environment for all students.

Stay connected through our parent communications app, School Bytes, and get involved by joining our Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) orvolunteering your time at the school. Whether it’s helping out at events, supporting classroom activities, or contributing your ideas through the P&C, your support makes a real difference.

Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)

Our P&C is a group of parents, carers and school community members. They assist with school planning, fundraising, events and volunteering. Our P&C works in partnership with our school to promote the interests of our school community, and have funded various initiatives in past, including:

Country Fair day
Bubbler cooler
Slides and jumping castles for water fun day
New PA system
$10,000 towards aircon for the hall
Garden beds and playground stencils upgrade
Various incursions and student wellbeing programs

Join our P&C

Joining the P&C a great way to meet other families, get involved and contribute to our school's future. We would love to have you on board! To become a financial member, a joining fee of $2.00 applies. However, you are welcome to attend meetings without paying the fee.
